地诺孕素治疗妇科疾病的研究进展

摘　　要：地诺孕素是第4代高选择性孕激素受体激动剂,具有天然孕激素和合成孕激素的药理学性质,因其仅与孕激素受体相结合,使其对糖代谢、脂代谢、水盐代谢及全身各个系统的不良影响明显降低。地诺孕素可有效治疗月经过多、子宫腺肌症、子宫内膜异位症、子宫内膜不典型增生等妇科疾病。本文旨在探讨地诺孕素治疗妇科疾病的研究进展。Dienogest is the fourth generation of highly selective progesterone receptor agonist,which has the pharmacological properties of natural progesterone and synthetic progesterone.Because it is only combined with progesterone receptor,its adverse effects on glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism,water and salt metabolism and various systems of the body are significantly reduced.Dienogest can effectively treat gynecological diseases such as menorrhagia,adenomyosis,endometriosis,and endometrial dysplasia.This paper aims to explore the progress of dienogest in the treatment of gynecological diseases.
