摘　　要：效应T细胞和调节性T(Treg)细胞之间的紊乱是风湿免疫疾病的重要发病机制,故也是风湿免疫疾病治疗的一个关键环节。白介素2(IL-2)可以有效地促进、改善Treg细胞的分化、增殖,从而达到恢复免疫平衡的目的。现已有大量研究表明了IL-2治疗各类风湿免疫疾病的有效性及安全性,本文将对IL-2在风湿免疫疾病中的作用进行综述。The disorder between effector T cells and regulatory T(Treg)cells is an important pathogenesis of rheumatic immune diseases,so it is also a key link in the treatment of rheumatic immune diseases.Interleukin-2(IL-2)can effectively promote and improve the differentiation and proliferation of Treg cells,thus achieving the purpose of restoring immune balance.At present,a large number of studies have shown the efficacy and safety of IL-2 in the treatment of various rheumatic immune diseases.This paper will review the role of IL-2 in rheumatic immune diseases.
