摘 要:苯丙胺类毒品的滥用一直受到全世界关注,毒品缉获量激增,吸毒人数创纪录增长。其在产生中枢神经系统毒性的同时也会对肝脏造成损伤。苯丙胺类毒品造成肝损伤的可能机制有氧化应激、线粒体损伤、炎症反应、抑制细胞分裂周期和胆汁酸代谢紊乱等。目前尚无针对此类肝损伤的药物上市,但多种保肝药物具有治疗潜力。本文对苯丙胺类毒品造成的肝脏损伤机制以及潜在治疗药物进行综述,以期为此类肝损伤的深入研究及药物研发提供参考。The abuse of amphetamines has always been the focus of the world.The seizures of amphetamines have increased sharply,and the number of drug users has increased at a record level.It can cause damage to the liver while producing central nervous system toxicity.The possible mechanisms of liver injury caused by amphetamines include oxidative stress,mitochondrial damage,inflammatory reaction,inhibition of cell division cycle and disorder of bile acid metabolism.At present,there are no drugs for such liver injury on the market,but a variety of liver protection drugs have therapeutic potential.This paper reviews the mechanism of liver injury caused by amphetamines and potential therapeutic drugs,with a view to providing references for further research and drug development of such liver injury.
