金玄痔科熏洗散联合肛泰软膏促进肛瘘术后创面愈合的有效性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨金玄痔科熏洗散联合肛泰软膏对肛瘘术后创面愈合的促进作用。方法选取2020年2月至2022年1月于商丘市中医院行肛瘘切除术的患者104例,按照简单随机化法分为研究组和对照组,每组各52例。两组均行肛瘘切除术,术后对照组给予高锰酸钾溶液熏洗联合肛泰软膏治疗,研究组给予金玄痔科熏洗散熏洗联合肛泰软膏治疗,两组均持续治疗14 d。比较治疗14 d后两组临床疗效、创面愈合率、肛门功能评分,上皮生长时间、腐肉脱落时间及创面愈合时间,创面渗液评分及疼痛评分[口述评分法(VRS)]差异。结果治疗14 d后研究组临床疗效、创面愈合率均高于对照组,研究组肛门功能评分低于对照组;治疗后研究组上皮生长、腐肉脱落及创面愈合时间均少于对照组;治疗14 d后两组创面渗液及VRS评分均低于本组治疗前,且研究组低于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金玄痔科熏洗散联合肛泰软膏治疗肛瘘术后患者临床疗效确切,能显著促进其创面愈合,降低术后疼痛。Objective To investigate the promoting effect of Jinxuan Zhike Xuanxisan combined with Gangtai ointment on wound healing after anal fistula surgery.Methods A total of 104 patients who underwent anal fistula resection in Shangqiu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group according to a simple randomization method,with 52 cases in each group.After anal fistula resection,the control group was given potassium permanganate solution fumigation combined with Gangtai ointment,and the study group was given Jinxuan Zhike Xuanxisan combined with Gangtai ointment,both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,wound healing rate,anal function score,epithelial growth time,decaying meat shedding time,wound healing time,wound exudate score,and pain score[verbal score(VRS)]were compared between the two groups after 14 days of treatment.Results After 14 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy and wound healing rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,while the anal function score of the study group was lower than that of the control group.After treatment,the time of epithelial growth,rotting flesh shedding and wound healing in the study group was less than that in the control group.After 14 days of treatment,wound effusion and VRS scores in the two groups were lower than before,and the study group was lower than the control group during the same period,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinxuan Zhike Xuanxisan combined with Gangtai ointment has definite clinical efficacy in treating postoperative anal fistula patients,which can significantly promote wound healing and reduce postoperative pain.
