关节镜下手术联合中药熏洗治疗膝关节多发韧带损伤的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下手术联合中药熏洗治疗膝关节多发韧带损伤的疗效。方法选取2021年4月至2022年4月光山县杏林医院收治的84例关节多发韧带损伤患者,按随机数表法分为研究组(42例给予关节镜下手术联合中药熏洗治疗)和对照组(42例给予关节镜下手术治疗)。比较两组疗效,治疗前后疼痛、韧带损伤评分、膝关节活动度及功能评分。结果研究组治疗有效率(95.24%)显著高于对照组(76.19%);治疗后,两组疼痛评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组;治疗后,两组膝关节韧带损伤评分、伸屈度、屈曲度及功能评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节多发韧带损伤应用关节镜下手术联合中药熏洗治疗,可缓解患者疼痛症状,恢复韧带损伤,改善患者膝关节活动度和功能,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the efficacy of arthroscopic surgery combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment of multiple ligament injuries of the knee joint.Methods A total of 84 patients with multiple ligament injuries in joints admitted to Guangshan County Xinglin Hospitall from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into a study group(42 cases given arthroscopic surgery combined with herbal fumigation treatment)and a control group(42 cases given arthroscopic surgery treatment)according to the random number table method.The efficacy,pain,ligament injury scores,knee mobility and functional scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of 95.24%in the study group was significantly higher than that of 76.19%in the control group;Pain scores were lower in both groups after treatment than before treatment,and the pain score in the study group was lower than that in the control group;Knee ligament injury scores,extension and flexion,and functional scores were higher in both groups after treatment than before treatment,and the related scores in the the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of arthroscopic surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of multiple ligament injuries of knee joint can relieve the pain symptoms of patients,restore ligament damage,and improve the range of motion and function of knee joint,with significant effect.
