摘 要:目的:观察持续静态牵伸训练联合关节松动技术治疗肘关节僵硬患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年5月至2021年5月该院收治的106例肘关节僵硬患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组各53例。对照组采用关节松动技术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合持续静态牵伸训练治疗,比较两组治疗前后肘关节功能[Mayo肘关节功能(MEPS)]评分、肘关节活动度和日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数)评分。结果:治疗2、6、12、24周后,两组MEPS评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2、6、12、24周后,两组肘关节活动度均大于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Barthel指数评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:持续静态牵伸训练联合关节松动技术治疗肘关节僵硬患者可提高MEPS评分、肘关节活动度和Barthel指数评分,效果优于单纯关节松动技术治疗。Objective:To observe effects of continuous static stretching training combined with joint loosening technique in treatment of patients with elbow joint stiffness.Methods:The clinical data of 106 patients with elbow stiffness admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with joint loosening technique,while the observation group was treated with continuous static stretching training on the basis of that of the control group.The elbow joint function[Mayo elbow performance scale(MEPS)]score,the elbow joint range of motion,and the activities of daily living(Barthel index)score were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After 2,6,12 and 24 weeks of treatment,the MEPS scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2,6,12 and 24 weeks of treatment,the elbow joint range of motion levels of the two groups were greater than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the Barthel index scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Continuous static stretching training combined with joint loosening technique can improve the MEPS scores,the elbow joint range of motion and the Barthel index scores in the patients with elbow stiffness.Moreover,it is superior to single joint loosening technique.
