活血祛疣汤联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察活血祛疣汤联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣患者的效果。方法:选取2019年5月至2022年5月该院收治的160例尖锐湿疣患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各80例。对照组给予咪喹莫特乳膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合活血祛疣汤治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、血清T细胞亚群(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))水平、男性国际勃起功能指数量表(IIEF-5)评分、女性性功能指数调查表(FSFI)评分和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为87.50%,明显高于对照组的65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组CD8^(+)水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组男性IIEF-5评分和女性FSFI评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:活血祛疣汤联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣患者可提高治疗总有效率、男性IIEF-5评分和女性FSFI评分,改善T细胞亚群水平,效果优于单纯咪喹莫特乳膏治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Huoxue Quyou decoction combined with Imiquimod cream in treatment of patients with condyloma acuminatum.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 160 patients with condyloma acuminatum admitted to this hospital from May 2019 to May 2022.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Imiquimod cream,while the observation group was treated with Huoxue Quyou decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The total effective rate,the serum T cell subset(CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))levels,the male international index of erectile function(IIEF-5)score,the female sexual function index questionnaire(FSFI)score,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 87.50%,which was significantly higher than 65.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of serum CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the CD8^(+)levels of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the male IIEF-5 scores and the female FSFI scores of the two groups were higher than those before he treatment,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Huoxue Quyou Decoction combined with Imiquimod cream can improve the total effective rate,the male IIEF-5 scores and the female FSFI scores,and improve the levels of T cell subsets in the p
