拨针松解疗法联合正清风痛宁三联序贯疗法治疗膝骨关节炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察拨针松解疗法联合正清风痛宁三联序贯疗法治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年10月该院收治的81例KOA患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组40例和研究组41例。对照组采用正清风痛宁三联序贯疗法(透皮吸收、关节腔注射、口服)治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合拨针松解疗法治疗,比较两组治疗前后Lysholm膝关节评分、WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,研究组疼痛、不安定度、闭锁感、肿胀度、跛行、楼梯攀爬、蹲姿、使用支撑物等Lysholm膝关节评分均高于对照组,疼痛、僵硬、躯体功能等WOMAC评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为95.12%(39/41),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论:拨针松解疗法联合正清风痛宁三联序贯疗法治疗KOA患者可提高膝关节功能和治疗总有效率,减轻炎症程度,效果优于单纯正清风痛宁三联序贯疗法。Objective:To observe effects of needle releasing therapy combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning triple sequential therapy on patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 81 patients with KOA admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to October 2021.They were divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(41 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning triple sequential therapy,while the study group was treated with needle releasing therapy on the basis of that of the control group.The Lysholm knee score,the WOMAC osteoarthritis index score,the clinical efficacy,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the Lysholm knee scores of pain,instability,atresia,swelling,limping,stair climbing,squatting and using support in the study group were higher than those in the control group;the WOMAC scores of pain,stiffness and physical function were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.12%(39/41),which was higher than 77.50%(31/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusions:Needle releasing therapy combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning triple sequential therapy in the treatment of the KOA patients can improve the Lysholm knee scores and the total effective rate,and reduce the WOMAC scores.Moreover,it is superior to single Zhengqing Fengtongning triple sequential therapy.
