循证护理在老年腕管综合征患者围术期的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察循证护理在老年腕管综合征患者围术期的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年4月至2022年4月该院收治的98例老年腕管综合征患者的临床资料,按护理方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组各49例。两组均行内镜下腕管松解减压术,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理,持续护理2周。比较两组护理前后疼痛[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、负性情绪[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]评分、病情程度[Boston腕管量表(BCTQ)]评分、生命质量[生存质量测定量表简表(QOL-BREF)]评分、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组VAS、HAMA、HAMD、BCTQ评分均低于对照组,QOL-BREF评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.08%(2/49),低于对照组的18.37%(9/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.92%(47/49),高于对照组的83.67%(41/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理用于老年腕管综合征患者围术期能减轻疼痛和负性情绪,改善病情,降低并发症发生率,提高患者生命质量和护理满意度,效果优于常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of evidence-based nursing in elderly patients with carpal tunnel syndrome during perioperative period.Methods:The clinical data of 98 patients with carpal tunnel syndrome admitted to this hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,49 cases in each.Both groups underwent endoscopic carpal tunnel release decompression.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing.The nursing lasted for 2 weeks.The pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score,the negative emotion[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)]scores,the severity of illness[Boston carpal tunnel scale(BCTQ)]score,the quality of life[quality of life-brief(QOL-BREF)]score,the incidence of complications,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the scores of VAS,HAMA,HAMD and BCTQ of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,QOL-BREF scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.08%(2/49),which was lower than 18.37%(9/49)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.92%(47/49),which was higher than 83.67%(41/49)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The evidence-based nursing for the elderly patients with carpal tunnel syndrome during the perioperative period can reduce the pain and the negative emotions,improve the disease condition,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
