2016—2020年商丘市HIV抗体确证试验结果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析2016—2020年商丘市人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体确证试验结果。方法:针对2016—2020年商丘市艾滋病(AIDS)筛查实验室送检的1589例HIV抗体初筛阳性样本,采用胶体硒法和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)进行复检,复检阳性样本采用蛋白免疫印迹法(WB)进行确证,统计2016—2020年商丘市HIV抗体确证结果,分析HIV抗体确证阳性样本信息、条带分布及来源分布。结果:1589例HIV抗体初筛阳性样本确证阳性1103例(69.41%),阴性344例(21.65%),不确定142例(8.94%),后续对不确定样本进行随访检测,失访24例,随访后确证阳性75例,阴性43例。2016—2020年各年份HIV抗体确证阴性、不确定、阳性例数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。1103例HIV抗体确证阳性样本中,性别以男性为主,占72.08%(795/1103);文化程度以初中为主,占比40.07%(442/1103);传播途径以异性性接触传播为主,占75.79%(836/1103);gp160、gp120、gp41和p24条带的检出率均为100%;来源以检测咨询为主,占75.97%(838/1103),其次为其他、其他就诊者检测,占比分别为6.98%(77/1103)、3.72%(41/1103)。结论:2016—2020年商丘市HIV抗体初筛阳性样本确证阳性率69.41%,且确证阳性样本中男性、初中学历、异性性接触传播占比最高,gp160、gp120、gp41和p24条带的检出率最高,来源以检测咨询为主。Objective:To analyze results of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)antibody confirmatory test in Shangqiu city from 2016 to 2020.Methods:1589 HIV antibody primary screening positive samples submitted by Shangqiu AIDS screening laboratory from 2016 to 2020 were analyzed.The colloidal selenium assay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)were used for retesting.The positive samples for retesting were confirmed by using western blotting(WB).According to the national technical specifications for AIDS testing(2015 revision),the results of HIV antibody in Shangqiu city from 2016 to 2020 were statistically analyzed.Further,the information,band distribution,and source distribution of the confirmed HIV antibody positive samples were analyzed.Results:Among the 1589 HIV antibody preliminary screening positive samples,1103 cases(69.41%)were confirmed;344 cases(21.65%)were negative;142 cases(8.94%)were uncertain.Subsequent follow-up testing was conducted on the uncertain samples,and 24 cases were lost.After follow-up,75 cases were confirmed positive and 43 cases were negative.There were no statistically significant differences in the number of confirmed negative,uncertain,and positive cases of HIV antibodies among different years from 2016 to 2020(P>0.05).Among the 1103 confirmed positive HIV antibody samples,the majority were males,accounting for 72.08%(795/1103);the education level was mainly junior high school,accounting for 40.07%(442/1103);the transmission route was mainly heterosexual transmission in sexual contact transmission,accounting for 75.79%(836/1103).The detection rates of gp160,gp120,gp41,and p24 bands were all 100%;The main source was testing and consultation,accounting for 75.97%(838/1103),followed by other and other patients’testing,accounting for 6.98%(77/1103)and 3.72%(41/1103),respectively.Conclusions:From 2016 to 2020,the confirmed positive rate of the HIV antibody preliminary screening positive samples in Shangqiu city is 69.41%.Among the confirmed positive samples,males,junior high school graduat
