摘　　要：目的:观察通心络胶囊联合尼可地尔片治疗单支血管病变冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后心绞痛的效果。方法:选取2020年6月至2021年12月该院收治的60例单支血管病变冠心病PCI术后心绞痛患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组各30例。对照组采用尼可地尔片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合通心络胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后心电图指标(ST段下移、T波低平与T波倒置的导联数)水平、心肌酶谱指标[心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌红蛋白(Mb)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)]水平、心功能指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心排血量(CO)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组ST段下移、T波低平、T波倒置导联数少于对照组,LVEF、CO水平高于对照组,LVEDV、LVESV值小于对照组,cTnI、Mb、CK-MB水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊联合尼可地尔片治疗单支血管病变冠心病PCI术后心绞痛患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善心电图指标、心功能指标和心肌酶谱指标水平,效果优于单用尼可地尔片治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Tongxinluo capsules combined with Nicorandil on angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with single-vessel coronary heart disease.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 patients with angina pectoris after PCI for single-vessel coronary heart disease admitted to this hospital from June 2020 to December 2021.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each.The control group was treated with Nicorandil tablets,while the study group was treated with Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the electrocardiogram index levels(ST segment depression,T wave flat and T wave inversion lead number),the myocardial enzyme spectrum index levels[cardiac troponin I(cTnI),myoglobin(Mb),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)],the ultrasonic cardiac function index levels[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac output(CO),left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)],and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the number of ST segment depression,T wave flat and T wave inversion leads in the study group was less than that in the control group;the LVEF and CO levels were higher than the control group;the LVEDV and LVESV values were smaller than those in the control group;the levels of cTnI,Mb and CK-MB were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Tongxinluo capsules combined with Nicorandil is effective in the treatment of angina pectoris after PCI in the patients with single-vessel coronary heart disease.It can red
