摘　　要：变压器作为输配电过程中最重要的电气设备之一,总容量超过发电机总容量,所产生的损耗也占线损很大部分,变压器经济运行对电力系统的成本和效益有着直接的影响。基于PLC与触摸屏的变压器组投切监控系统以PLC为控制器,利用互感器、变送器来实现对用户侧用电数据采集,触摸屏和人机组态画面来对控制系统进行监控。依据变压器经济运行原理,输出驱动变压器组自动投切,从而实现变压器的经济运行,降损节能。As one of the most important electrical equipment in the process of transmission and distribution,the total capacity of transformer exceeds the total capacity of the generator,and the loss generated accounts for a large part of the line loss.The economical operation of transformer has a direct impact on the cost and benefit of power system.The monitoring system of transformer unit switching based on PLC and touch screen takes PLC as the controller,and uses the transformer and transmitter to realize the user side power consumption data acquisition,uses the touch screen and human-machine configuration screen to monitor the control system.According to the economical operation principle of the transformer,the system output drives the automatic switching of the transformer unit,so as to realize the economical operation of the transformer,reduce loss and save energy.
