摘　　要：为加强青年科技人才培养,促进青年科技人才成长,探索青年科技人才在甘肃省基础科学研究和创新发展中发挥的作用,基于2018—2021年甘肃省杰出青年基金申请和立项资助项目数据,系统梳理并总结甘肃省杰出青年基金项目的主要特点,并就今后完善杰出青年基金申报、推荐、立项及评估等科技管理工作提出建议,研究成果同时也为主管单位、依托单位和申请者提供相关的参考。In order to strengthen the training of young scientific and technological talents,promote the growth of young scientific and technological talents,and explore the role of young scientific and technological talents in the basic scientific research and innovative development of Gansu Province,based on the data of the application and project approval and funding project of Gansu Province Outstanding Youth Fund from 2018 to 2021,the main characteristics of Gansu Province Outstanding Youth Fund projects are systematically combed and summarized,and provide suggestions for improving technology management work such as application,recommendation,project initiation,and evaluation of the Outstanding Youth Fund in the future.The research results also provide relevant reference for supervisory units,supporting units,and applicants.
