模块化白水泥粉磨站特点及生产调试

摘　　要：近年来国外越来越多的小型水泥粉磨生产线采用模块化设计,将原来分散的设备集中化布置,以降低运输、施工和调试成本。通过沙特阿拉伯NRCC三期(NRCC3)项目描述模块化粉磨站特点。该生产线粉磨白水泥,熟料粒度偏低,通过优化操作和设备调整改造,最终实现磨机连续稳定运行,达到业主的要求。In recent years,modular design has been introduced in more and more small-scale cement grinding production lines abroad.Original scattered equipment is arranged together by a centralized design,which is greatly reducing the costs of transportation,construction and commissioning.The advantages of modular grinding plant are described by characteristics of the production line of NRCC3 in Saudi Arabia.The plant produces white cement with very small size clinker,by means of the optimization of operation and equipment adjustment,the mill finally can be operated in a continuous and stable level.As a result,the requirements of the owner are met.
