摘 要:本文基于CFD数值仿真优化设计方法,以某型多翼离心风机为研究对象,从气体流动机理出发,对风机的风叶与集流器结构进行优化设计,旨在提高离心分机的气动性能,降低工作噪声。结果表明,与优化前相比,同风量下,优化风叶设计的离心风机噪声降低2.9dB(A);同噪声下,风量提升5m3/h。Based on CFD numerical simulation optimization design method,taking a type of multi-wing centrifugal fan as the research object and starting from the gas flow mechanism,the structure of the fan blade and collector was optimized to improve its aerodynamic performance and reduce working noise.The results show that,compared with before optimization,the noise of centrifugal fan blades is reduced by 2.9dB(A)under the same air volume,and the air volume is increased by 5m'/h under the same noise.
