摘　　要：目的对佛山市顺德区水痘病例进行流行病学分析,为防控工作提供参考。方法收集顺德区2012—2020年水痘病例资料,进行描述性流行病学研究。结果2012—2020年顺德区共报告病例21948例,年均发病率为94.61/10万,呈逐年上升趋势(χ^(2)_(趋势)=2040,P<0.001);11月—次年1月出现发病高峰,4—6月出现小高峰;发病人群年龄中位数为9岁,6岁人群发病率最高;全人群平均发病年龄由9.96岁增长至13.55岁,30岁以上病例占比由2.14%上升至9.39%(χ^(2)_(趋势)=196.43,P<0.001)。结论顺德区水痘发病率升高,发病年龄向大年龄组位移,应适时推出大年龄人群水痘疫苗接种程序。Objective To conduct the epidemiological analysis of varicella cases in Shunde District,Foshan City,so as to provide a reference for prevention and control.Methods Data of varicella cases in Shunde District from 2012 to 2020 were collected for descriptive epidemiological research.Results From 2012 to 2020,a total of 21948 cases were reported in Shunde District,with an average annual incidence rate of 94.61/105,showing an increasing trend year by year(χ^(2)_(trend)=2040,P<0.001).There was a peak from November to January of the following year,and there was a small peak from April to June.The median age of the patients was 9 years,and the highest incidence was in the 6-year age group.The average age of onset in the whole population increased from 9.96 years to 13.55 years,and the proportion of cases over 30 years old increased from 2.14%to 9.39%(χ^(2)_(trend)=196.43,P<0.001).Conclusion The incidence of varicella in Shunde District is increasing,and the age of onset shifts to the older age group,so the varicella vaccination program for the older age group should be introduced in a timely manner.
