一例卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤患儿的多学科治疗与护理

摘　　要：总结一例卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤患儿围手术期治疗与护理经验。护理要点包括:术前成立多学科协作治疗团队,进行充分的术前准备,术后个体化快速康复并实施卡铂+依托泊苷+博来霉素方案化疗,PICC管道的护理,患儿及家长心理护理,出院宣教及延续性护理等,经过30 d的精心治疗与护理及术后规律化疗,患儿现病情稳定,病灶得到明显控制。The perioperative treatment and nursing experience of a child with an ovarian germ cell tumor was summarized.The key points of nursing included the establishment of a multidisciplinary collaborative treatment team before surgery,sufficient preoperative preparation,postoperative individualized rapid recovery and implementation of carboplatin+etoposide+bleomycin chemotherapy program,PICC pipeline nursing,psychological nursing of children and parents,discharge education and continuous nursing,etc.After 30 days of careful treatment and nursing and regular postoperative chemotherapy,the child’s condition was stable and the lesion was significantly controlled.
