摘  要:随着我国制革工业快速发展,大量含氮制革废水也随之产生,因而制革废水中总氮处理成为环境保护工作的重点。本文以制革废水中总氮清除率为考察指标,以硝酸铈铵作为引发剂,利用sm-A3两性淀粉对以蜡质芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus CZ1001)所产生物絮凝剂改性过程进行优化。在改性优化过程中,对两性淀粉用量、生物絮凝剂用量、引发剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、反应体系pH和转速等因素进行单因素优化试验和正交优化试验。结果表明,当两性淀粉为0.2 g/L(25 mL)、生物絮凝剂为2.5 g/L(25 mL)、引发剂为0.02 mol/L(1.75 mL)、第二阶段反应时间为7 min、反应温度为40℃、反应体系pH值为6.5和转速为270 r/min时,制革废水总氮清除率最高,达到75.22%,最终获得除氮率高的sm-A3型改性生物絮凝剂。本研究成果减轻了制革废水对环境的污染影响,拓宽了制革废水的处理途径。With the rapid development of tannery industry in China,a large amount of wastewater containing nitro⁃gen from tannery is produced.Thus,the treatment of total nitrogen in tannery wastewater has become the focus of en⁃vironmental protection work.In this study,the removal rate of total nitrogen from tanning wastewater was used as the index to optimize the modification process for bioflocculant by using sm-A3 amphoteric starch.The optimum modified condition by the single factor optimization experiment and the orthogonal experiment optimization experiment is as fol⁃lows:amphoteric starch of 0.2 g/L(25 mL),bioflocculant of 2.5 g/L(25 mL),initiator(0.02 mol/L)of 1.75 mL,reaction time of the second stage of 7 min,reaction temperature of 40℃,reaction system pH of 6.5 and rotation speed of 270 r/min.The obtained modified bioflocculant by sm-A3 was applied to remove the total nitrogen from tan⁃ning wastewater and the removal rate reaching 75.22%.Based on above results,an efficient modified procedure of bioflocculant was established in this paper for clean-up of tanning wastewater.
