摘  要:皮革鞋帽、箱包、服装等皮革制品在加工过程中,对智能化、自动化的计算机数控裁割系统提出了更高需求,使用计算机数控裁割机器代替人工裁割已成为必然趋势。对此,本文分析了皮革面料自动裁割CAD/CAM系统的基本结构,阐述了相关技术研究现状;对皮革面料自动裁割CAD/CAM系统的关键技术进行了探究,包括计算机视觉系统的调校、皮革面料图像的边缘提取和皮革面料的最优排料策略,提出采用HALCON软件进行相机标定和图像边缘的提取,基于最小包络矩形算法确定皮革面料的最优排料流程;并对该自动裁割系统的软硬件进行了设计,采用SPINII型号的激光切割机进行面料裁割、S3C6410作为该系统的中央处理器,经裁割试验验证了该自动裁割CAD/CAM系统的有效性。Nowadays,leather shoes,hats,bags,clothing and other leather products processing,the intelligent,automatic computer numerical control cutting system put forward a strong demand,the use of computer numerical con⁃trol cutting machine instead of manual cutting has become an inevitable trend.In this paper,the basic structure of leather fabric automatic cutting CAD/CAM system was analyzed,and the relevant technology research status was de⁃scribed.The key technologies of leather fabric automatic cutting CAD/CAM system were explored,including the ad⁃justment of computer vision system,the edge extraction of leather fabric image and the optimal layout strategy of leath⁃er fabric.HALCON software was used for camera calibration and image edge extraction,and the optimal layout process of leather fabric was determined based on the minimum envelope rectangle algorithm.The hardware and soft⁃ware of the automatic cutting system are designed.A SPINII laser cutting machine is used to cut fabric,and S3C6410 is used as the central processor of the system.The effectiveness of the automatic cutting CAD/CAM system is verified by cutting experiments.
