黄牛油蜡变色革涂饰工艺及其在现代家具中的应用研究

摘　　要：真皮是动物身上剥下的原皮,经过皮革厂鞣制加工制成的独具特性的皮具材料,是真皮家具制品必备材料,且其不易腐烂且易保养,拥有既定的物理机械强度与良好卫生性能。为了保障真皮家具质感良好、不变色、通透艳丽,通常会在皮革涂饰时采用变色油蜡类化料,因此成品皮革即使受外力影响发生颜色变化,外力消失之后也会及时恢复原始状态。其中,黄牛皮油蜡变色家具革不仅涂饰较轻、涂层轻薄、颜色亮丽,而且切实保持了真皮粒面原貌,是高档家具革行业的典型代表。据此,对黄牛油蜡变色革涂饰工艺进行了详细综述,并对其在现代家具中的实际应用做了进一步分析。Leather is a unique leather material made from the raw skin peeled from animals and tanned by tannery.It is an essential material for leather furniture products.It is not perishable and easy to maintain,and has established physical and mechanical strength and good hygienic performance.In order to ensure that leather furniture has a good texture,does not change color,and is transparent and gorgeous,color changing oil wax chemicals are usually used in leather finishing,so that the finished leather will return to its original state in time after the external force disappears,even if the color changes due to the external force.Among them,cattle hide oil wax discolored furniture leather not only has light finishing,thin coating and bright color,but also effectively maintains the original appearance of the leather grain.It is a typical representative of the high-end furniture leather industry.Based on this,the finishing technology of cattle hide oil wax color changing leather was analyzed in detail,and its practical application in modern furniture was briefly summarized.
