硼硅玻璃配制低热膨胀系数电瓷白釉的研究

摘　　要：新能源汽车的兴起,锂辉石价格加速上涨,需要寻找降低釉料热膨胀系数的替代材料。引入的硼硅玻璃具有热膨胀系统低的特点,加入电瓷白釉中后,现有白釉热膨胀系统比原有白釉低,达到4.21×10^(-6)/K。试条强度比原有白釉提高了14.80%。With the rise of new energy vehicles and the accelerated rise of spodumene prices,it is necessary to find alternative materials that can reduce the thermal expansion coefficient of glaze.The introduced borosilicate glass has the characteristics of low thermal expansion system.After being added into the electric porcelain white glaze,the existing white glaze thermal expansion system is lower than the original white glaze,reaching 4.21×10-6/K.The strength of the test strip is 14.80%higher than that of the original white glaze.
