摘 要:参考核电厂振动噪声的相关国际标准DIN-25475,结合目前我国运行核电厂的实际安全需求,开展一回路振动噪声监测系统的设计与研制。通过分析反应堆系统内的激励源和影响,获得监测对象,并明确研究目的。通过开展一回路压力容器绝对位移、主泵与主管道相对位移、一回路冷却剂压力脉动监测技术研究,实现了相关硬件的研制与软件的设计和开发。利用误差传递分析与试验验证相结合的方式,对系统的压力脉动、绝对位移和相对位移测量单元性能进行了测试。试验结果表明,通道测量误差均小于10%,满足核电厂应用要求,弥补了我国相关技术短板,为系统的国产化应用奠定了基础。该项技术的应用将为反应堆关键设备的状态监测及健康管理提供数据支持和技术积淀,有效促进设备健康监测的智能化、集成化。With reference to DIN-25475,the relevant international standard for vibration and noise in nuclear power plants,the design and development of one-loop vibration and noise monitoring system is carried out in conjunction with the actual safety requirements of nuclear power plants currently in operation in China.By analyzing the excitation sources and effects in the reactor system,the monitoring objects are obtained,and the research objectives are clarified.Through the research of absolute displacement of the one-loop pressure vessel,relative displacement of the main pump and main pipeline,and pulsation monitoring technology of the one-loop coolant pressure,the development of relevant hardware and software design and development are realized.Using a combination of error transfer analysis and experimental verification,the performance of pressure pulsation,absolute displacement and relative displacement measurement units of the system is tested.The test results show that the channel measurement errors are less than 10%,which meet the requirements of nuclear power plant applications,make up for the shortcomings of the relevant technology in China,and lay the foundation for the localization of the system.The application of this technology will provide data support and technical accumulation for the condition monitoring and health management of key reactor equipment,and effectively promote the intelligence and integration of equipment health monitoring.
