摘 要:我国核电站已广泛使用数字化仪控系统。由于数字化技术的特殊性,以及数字化仪控系统现场调试的经验反馈,对现场调试监督应予以重点关注。调研国内现场调试相关的法规标准和多个核电厂的仪控系统现场调试过程后,对国内各型号数字化仪控系统现场调试所采取的不同调试策略进行了对比分析。在此基础上,结合调试大纲,提出核电厂安全级数字化仪控系统现场调试各阶段的技术要求。现场调试如确实没有试验条件,在获得国家核安全局认可后,可以根据调试过程中的等效原则,在满足一系列前提条件的情况下使用工厂测试结果进行等效。基于核电厂安全级仪控系统的法规要求,分析仪控系统调试的策略和技术要求,创新性地提出了仪控系统调试的等效原则,为客观条件限制下的核电厂数字化仪控系统调试提供指导。Digital instrumentation and control systems have been widely used in nuclear power plants in China.Due to the special characteristics of digital technology and the feedback from the field commissioning of digital instrumentation and control system,special attention should be paid on the field commissioning supervision.After investigating the domestic field commissioning-related regulations and standards and the field commissioning process of instrumentation and control systems in several nuclear power plants,the comparative analysis of different commissioning strategies adopted for the field commissioning of digital instrumentation and control systems of various domestic models is conducted.On this basis,the technical requirements for each stage of field commissioning of safety-grade digital instrumentation and control systems in nuclear power plants are proposed in conjunction with the commissioning outline.If there are indead no test conditions for field commissioning,after obtaining the approval of the State Nuclear Safety Administration,the equivalence principle in the commissioning process can be used for equivalence using the plant test results when a series of prerequisites are met.Based on the regulatory requirements of safety-grade instrumentation and control systems in nuclear power plants,the strategy and technical requirements of instrumentation and control system commissioning is analyzed,the equivalence principle of instrumentation and control system commissioning is innovatively proposed to provide guidance for digital instrumentation and control system commissioning in nuclear power plants under objective conditions.
