摘　　要：本文回顾中国共产党百年农村经济政策的演进,探讨演进特点与政策创新。新中国成立前,党在占领区尝试实施了局部的农村经济政策。之后,农村经济政策经历了新中国成立至改革开放初期的艰辛探索、改革开放至新世纪之初的妥协调整以及新世纪之初至今的转变提升。中国共产党百年农村经济政策的演进实质是相关主体间博弈互动的结果,主要以实现国强民富为宗旨,受多种因素的影响和约束,不断修正和调整。经历了土地改革、农业合作化、家庭联产承包责任制和“三权分置”等政策创新。本研究为今后农村经济政策的制定和实施提供了重要启示。This paper reviews the evolution of the Communist Party of China's rural economic policies over the past century,and discusses the evolution characteristics and policy innovations.We hold that the Communist Party of China attempted to implement partial rural economic policies in the occupied areas before the founding of New China.After that,the rural economic policies have experienced the arduous exploration from the founding of New China to the beginning of Reform and Opening up,the compromise and adjustment from the Reform and Opening up to the beginning of the new century,and the transformation and improvement from beginning of the new century to the present.The evolution of the Communist Party of China's centenary rural economic policies is essentially the result of the game interaction between relevant entities.And it is mainly aimed at realizing the prosperity of the country and the people.It is also affected and constrained by various factors,and it is constantly revised and adjusted.It has experienced policy innovations such as land reform,agricultural cooperation,household contract responsibility system and the separation of three rights,etc.Our research provides important enlightenment for the formulation and implementation of rural economic policies in the future.
