石灰石湿法脱硫工艺脱硫剂耗量精准计量的延时特性研究

摘  要:研究湿法脱硫工艺石灰石脱硫剂制备及吸收反应的延时特性,对石灰石耗量进行精准计量控制,对实现我国“双碳”目标具有重要现实意义。应用于某亚临界300 MW机组的分析结果表明,石灰石的输入量与吸收反应消耗量之间具有延时性,临界累计时长为21 h,累计时长小于临界累计时长,两者瞬时值和累计值不具有对应关系;累计时长达到21 h时,两者累计值趋于一致,此时,文中引入的无量纲比值M为1%,其均方差为17.1。It is of great practical significance to study the delay characteristics of limestone desulfurizer preparation and absorption reaction in the wet desulfurization process,and to accurately measure and control the limestone consumption,so as to achieve the goal of''double carbon''in China.The analysis results applied to a subcritical 300 MW unit show that there is a delay between the limestone input and the absorption reaction consumption.There is a critical cumulative duration of 21 hours,which is less than the critical cumulative duration,and there is no corresponding relationship between the instantaneous value and the cumulative value;When the cumulative duration reaches 21 hours,the cumulative values of the two approaches the same.At this time,the dimensionless ratio M introduced in this paper is 1%,and its mean square deviation is 17.1.
