摘 要:超临界直流炉使用过程中在压力与温度的作用下产生过热蒸汽,为避免蒸汽温度发生波动,必须对汽水流程与蒸发点进行控制。焓值是热力学中用于表征物质系统能量的状态参量,可以作为控制过程中反馈燃水比的重要信号。因此,文章围绕焓在超临界直流炉给水控制中的应用展开分析,先对焓值应用的可行性进行论述,再探讨焓值控制机理与基本控制方案,结合案例对焓值的具体应用进行说明,以期利用灵敏度高、线性度高的焓值客观反应燃水比的失调情况,加强负荷控制,稳定维持过热蒸汽气温。The supercritical once-through boiler generates superheated steam under the action of pressure and temperature during use.In order to avoid the fluctuation of steam temperature,the steam-water flow and evaporation point must be controlled.Enthalpy is a state parameter used to characterize the energy of a material system in thermodynamics,and can be used as an important signal to feedback the fuel water ratio in the control process.Therefore,this paper analyzes the application of enthalpy in the feedwater control of supercritical once-through boiler,first discusses the feasibility of the application of enthalpy value,then discusses the enthalpy control mechanism and basic control scheme,and explains the specific application of enthalpy value in combination with a case,in order to use the enthalpy value with high sensitivity and high linearity to objectively reflect the imbalance of fuel/water ratio,strengthen load control,and maintain the superheated steam temperature stably.
