摘 要:通过采用高速电力网载波通信HPLC等新型的通讯技术,实现了对低压配电平台的电表信息多频段实时收集,并通过对电表的时序电气量信息(包含压力、流量、相位角等)内部的关联性及其应用生成树的方法,进行了低压台区配电网实际拓扑识别工作。与需要使用复杂硬件装置的现有低温平台拓扑识别技术比较,所提技术仅采用单纯软件方法就可进行拓扑识别,减少了实际配置管理的工作量,更能满足当前复杂多变的中低压配电网络条件。由于采用了同步测量和高频采集两个方法,和其他采用纯软件方法进行拓扑发现的方法比较,既保证了信息的高同步性,又避免了动态时间规整化(dynamic time warping,DTW)计算易受噪音危害的问题,更能准确表达拓扑的变化规律,使低压台区电力拓扑判定更为精确。Through the use of new communication technologies such as high-speed power network carrier communication HPLC,the multi-band real-time collection of the electricity meter information of the low-voltage distribution platform has been realized,and the actual topology identification of the low-voltage distribution network has been carried out through the correlation of the timing electrical quantity information of the electricity meter(including pressure,flow,phase angle,etc.)and the application of the spanning tree method.Compared with the existing low-temperature platform topology identification technology that requires the use of complex hardware devices,the proposed technology can only use the software method for topology identification,which reduces the workload of actual configuration management,and can better meet the current complex and changeable conditions of medium and low voltage distribution network.Compared with other methods of topology discovery using pure software methods,synchronous measurement and high-frequency acquisition not only ensure the high synchronization of information,but also avoid the problem that dynamic time warping(DTW)calculation is vulnerable to noise hazards.It can more accurately express the change rule of topology and make the determination of power topology in low voltage platform area more accurate.
