摘　　要：火电厂锅炉燃烧工况控制难度高、燃烧过程较为复杂,同时锅炉本身所处的运行环境也较为特殊,为了确保火电发电厂的安全运行,必须要重视锅炉故障处理与日常管理工作。本文主要针对火电厂锅炉出现的温度过高、烟道再燃烧、爆管、灭火等事故的发生原因以及检修运行要点进行探讨,同时分析了锅炉的维护保养事项,为火电厂的安全化、经济化运行提供参考。Most of the thermal power plant accident are caused by boiler failure,boiler combustion condition control difficulty is high,the combustion process is more complex,at the same time the boiler itself operating environment is relatively special,in order to ensure the safe operation of thermal power plant,must pay attention to the boiler fault processing and daily management work.This paper mainly discusses the causes of accidents such as excessive temperature,flue recombustion,pipe explosion and fire extinguishing,and the key points of maintenance and operation.At the same time,the maintenance matters of the boiler are analyzed,so as to provide reference for the safe and economical operation of thermal power plants.
