摘 要:针对土耳其EREN电厂2号汽轮机运行中存在三段抽汽温度高的问题进行重点分析和论证。2021年3月,对2号机组A级检修,设备解体过程中,以修前原因分析为导向,检查中压内缸与中压1号持环之间的配合轴向密封面存在明显大量漏汽痕迹。对轴向密封面配合间隙进行测量,最大间隙达到0.96 mm,严重超标。此缺陷非常隐蔽,高参数(566℃)再热蒸汽将会直接进入三抽腔室,是造成三抽温度高的重要原因。针对此缺陷制订解决方案并实施,检修后,三抽温度从修前的530℃下降到了471.6℃,基本达到设计值。通过对此缺陷成功解决案例的分析论证和总结,为解决同类机组相似缺陷和问题提供了良好的经验借鉴。This paper mainly focuses on the analysis and demonstration of the problem of high temperature of the three section extraction(hereinafter referred to as“three extraction”)during the operation of No.2 turbine in Türkiye EREN Power Plant.In March 2021,during the disassembly process of the A-level maintenance equipment of Unit 2,guided by the analysis of the causes before maintenance,the axial sealing surface between the intermediate pressure inner cylinder and the intermediate pressure No.1 retaining ring was inspected for significant and extensive steam leakage traces.Measure the fitting clearance of the axial sealing surface,and the maximum clearance reaches 0.96 mm,which seriously exceeds the standard.This defect is very hidden,and high parameter(566℃)reheated steam will directly enter the third extraction chamber,which is an important reason for the high temperature of the third extraction.This maintenance aimed to develop a solution for this defect and implemented it.After the unit started,the temperature of the third extraction decreased from 530℃before the repair to 471.6℃,basically reaching the design value.Through the analysis,argumentation,and summary of successful cases of solving this defect,good experience and reference have been provided for solving similar defects and problems in similar units.
