摘 要:将二维码技术应用到安全工器具管理中,不仅可以实现工器具生命周期和使用状态的全程跟踪,还能使安全工器具管理更加科学、规范和高效。然而从实际来看,安全工器具管理还存在台账与实物不符、管理体系陈旧、工器具维护费用较高等问题,不仅为工器具使用带来较大风险,还严重降低了安全工器具管理水平,需要对这些问题进行细致分析,并充分发挥二维码技术利用优势,将其深化应用在工器具管理中。基于此,文章也根据安全工器具管理现状,从工器具清查盘点、二维码编制、工器具现场使用、盘点维护保养、二维码防伪溯源、使用取得成效等方面入手,详尽探讨二维码技术在安全工器具管理中的实践应用,希望可以发挥参考作用。Applying QR code technology to safety tool management can not only achieve full tracking of tool lifecycle and usage status,but also make safety tool management more scientific,standardized,and efficient.However,from a practical perspective,there are still problems in the management of safety tools,such as inconsistency between the ledger and the physical object,outdated management system,and high maintenance costs for tools.This not only brings significant risks to the use of tools,but also seriously reduces the level of safety tool management.It is necessary to conduct a detailed analysis of these issues and fully utilize the advantages of QR code technology to deepen its application in tool management.In view of this,an in-depth analysis will be conducted on the application of QR code technology in safety tool management.
