摘 要:为了解日照市莒县青峰岭水库的浮游生物现状及多样性情况,于2022年9月对青峰岭水库进行环境调查采样,分析其浮游生物的种类组成和丰度。结果表明:浮游植物共计7门49属,其中以绿藻门为主,共25属;其次是硅藻门8属、蓝藻门8属、裸藻门3属、甲藻门2属、金藻门2属、隐藻门1属。浮游植物细胞密度为19.71×10^(7)cells/L。浮游动物共计3门20属,以轮虫为主,共11属;节肢动物门6属;原生动物3属。浮游动物密度为12.22×10^(2)ind./L。青峰岭水库浮游植物Shannon-Wiener多样性指数为2.54;浮游动物Shannon-Wiener多样性指数为2.41。水库浮游生物多样性较高,水质属于中污染富营养型。The environmental sampling survey was conducted on Qingfengling reservoir in September 2022 to analyze the species composition and abundance of plankton.The results showed that there were 7 phyla and 49 genera of phytoplankton,including 25 genera of Chlorophyta mainly,8 genera of Bacillatiophyta,8 genera of Cyanophyta,3 genera of Euglenophyta,2 genera of Pyrrophyta,2 genera of Chrysophyta,and 1 genera of Cryptophyta.The cell density of phytoplankton was 19.71×10^(7) cells/L.There were 3 phyla,20 genera of zooplankton including 11 species of Rotifer mainly,6 genera of Arthropod and 3 genera of Protozoon.The density of zooplankton was 12.22×10^(2) ind./L.The Shannon-Wiener diversity index of phytoplankton in Qinfengling reservoir was 2.54;the Shannon-Wiener diversity index of zooplankton in Qinfengling reservoir was 2.41.The plankton diversity in this reservoir was high and the water quality was medium pollution andeutrophication.
