粤港澳大湾区背景下创新创业型高校建设与发展研究

摘　　要：粤港澳大湾区建设具有全球影响力的科技创新中心是国家提升全球竞争力的新引擎,在国家深入实施科教兴国、人才强国、创新驱动发展的战略背景下,粤港澳大湾区高校的建设发展肩负创新发展变革与人才需求升级的时代使命。文章探讨大湾区发展背景下建设创新创业型高校的意义价值,借鉴国际一流湾区高校建设发展经验,针对国内高校近年来的建设进程与凸显问题,提出了基于“要素”、“过程”、“评价”的FPE模式以建设发展创新创业型高校的路径。Building an international science and technology innovation center with global influence in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is a new engine for China to enhance its global competitiveness.Under the background of the country's in-depth implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,empowering the country through quality workforce,and driving development through innovation,universities in the Bay Area shoulder the mission of the times in the innovative reform and quality workforce development.Under this background,drawing on the experiences of world-class Bay Area universities and examing the developing process and existing problems of China's universities in recent years,this paper explores the significance and value of building innovation and entrepreneurship type universities and proposes a path for building and developing innovation and entrepreneurship type universities based on the FPE model which stands for"elements","processes",and"evaluations"respectively.
