基于SSM模型的雅安市产业结构分析与优化

摘　　要：以雅安市2011—2020年三次产业结构统计数据为基础,运用偏离-份额分析法(SSM)模型考察了雅安市产业结构特征,并对该市一二三产总量、经济增长份额、区域竞争力份额、产业结构转移份额和产业总偏离份额变化趋势进行了分析。结果表明:雅安市一二三产业规模较小。第二产业结构不够合理,亟需调整。第三产业增长较快,但对雅安市整体经济增长有负面效应。因此,针对雅安市三次产业结构发展存在的问题提出了相应的优化对策和建议。Based on the statistical data of the three-industry structure of Ya'an from 2011 to 2020,this paper investigates the characteristics of the industrial structure of Ya'an by the Shift-Share Method,and analyzes the change trend of the total output of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,the share of economic growth,the share of regional competitiveness,the share of industrial structure transfer and the total share of industrial deviation.The results show that the scale of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries of Ya'an is still small.The secondary industrial structure is not reasonable enough and needs to be adjusted urgently.The tertiary industry is growing rapidly,but it has a negative effect on the overall economic growth of Ya'an.Therefore,this paper puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the development of the three-industrial structure of Ya'an.
