摘　　要：针对PDC钻头的研究与改进,探究出一套适用于JZ9-3油田针对馆陶组厚层底砾岩的抗研磨性高、服役寿命长的高效钻头。实践表明,这种改进型的PDC钻头能够高效地钻穿该区块厚层砥砺岩并大幅提高钻井效率,极大地缩短了海上油田单井建井周期,显著提高了油气开发经济效益,具有良好的推广应用价值。Through the research and improvement of PDC drill bits,a set of efficient drill bits with high abrasion resistance and long service life suitable for JZ9-3 oilfield for thick bottom conglomerate of Guantao Formation has been explored.Drilling practice has shown that this improved PDC bit can efficiently drill through the thick rock layers of the block and significantly improve drilling efficiency,greatly shortening the single well construction cycle in offshore oil fields,significantly improving the economic benefits of oil and gas development,and has good promotion and application value.
