冷凝式燃气锅炉的节能与环保特性分析

摘　　要：新修订的《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》颁布实施以来,政府积极推广清洁能源,加大能源结构调整力度,严格控制大气污染物的排放量。基于此,从燃气种类、排烟温度和过量空气系数对排放烟气热损失的影响分析冷凝式燃气锅炉的节能特性。从燃气锅炉燃烧时生成污染气体、冷凝式燃气锅炉环保特性两个方面分析其环保性。以期利用冷凝式燃气锅炉技术,提高热效率,实现节能减排,减少污染物的排放。Since the promulgation and implementation of the newly revised"Emission Standards for Air Pollutants from Boilers",the government has actively promoted clean energy,increased the adjustment of energy structure and strictly controlled the emission of air pollutants.Based on this,the energy-saving characteristics of condensing gas boilers are analysed from three aspects:the type of gas,the exhaust temperature and the influence of the excess air coefficient on the heat loss of the emitted flue gas.The environmental characteristics of condensing gas boilers are analysed in terms of the generation of polluting gases during combustion and the environmental characteristics of condensing gas boilers.In order to use condensing gas boiler technology to improve thermal efficiency,achieve energy saving and emission reduction,and reduce the emission of pollutants.
