关于推动辽宁省服务型制造发展的问题研究

摘　　要：习近平总书记指出,制造业是立国之本、强国之基,制造业高质量发展是我国经济高质量发展的重中之重,壮大实体经济,离不开制造业。辽宁省“十四五”规划和“二〇三五年远景目标纲要”指出,促进先进制造业和现代服务业深度融合,发展服务型制造。目前,辽宁省正处于制造业转型升级的关键时期,推动辽宁服务型制造发展,是提高辽宁制造业核心竞争力的重要举措,是培育经济新增长点和壮大新动能的重要突破口,是推动供给侧结构性改革,创造新供给、满足新需求的的必然要求,对助力全省工业高质量发展具有重要意义。General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the manufacturing industry is the foundation of a country and the basis of a strong country,and the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry is the top priority of the high-quality development of China's economy,and the manufacturing industry is indispensable to the growth of the real economy.The 14th Five-Year Plan of Liaoning Province and the"2035 Visionary Goals Outline"point out that it is necessary to promote the deep integration of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries and develop service-oriented manufacturing.At present,Liaoning Province is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.Promoting the development of service-oriented manufacturing in Liaoning is an important measure to improve the core competitiveness of Liaoning's manufacturing industry,an important breakthrough to cultivate new economic growth points and grow new dynamic energy,and an inevitable requirement to promote structural reform on the supply side,create new supply and meet new demand,which is of great significance to help the province's high-quality industrial development.
