摘　　要：本文主要从傣医肝脏的生理功能、病理变化,肝病的病因病机、治则治法以及治疗方药等方面进行整理及阐述。傣医肝病是因多种内、外因导致体内四塔五蕴功能失调,水、血运行不畅,引起肝脏生理功能失常的病变。傣医治疗肝病治则上以调平四塔五蕴,未病先解、先解后治,通利三盘为要;治法上以内治法为主,外治法为辅;用药上善用解药方药,辨塔论治用方,并多用入土塔类药物。This paper mainly expounds the physiological function and pathological changes of the liver,the etiology,treatment principle and prescription of liver diseases in Dai medicine.Liver diseases in Dai medicine is due to a variety of endogenous and exogenous factors that cause dysfunction of the Sitawuyun in the body,cause water and blood movement not smooth,and eventually result in physiological dysfunction of the liver.Tiaoping Sitawuyun,preventing disease before it occurred,detoxifying before treating,and dredging the Sanpan are the treatment principle.The characteristics in the prevention and treatment of liver disease of Dai medicine are:on the treatment methods,the internal treatment of the main,and external treatment of the auxiliary;on the drugs,detoxification drugs are preferential,different towers use different drugs,and more the tower drugs are selected.
