摘 要:高压级变电站相对于超高压、特高压变电站而言仍属于小型变电站,接地网设计、建设、验收的3大环节中仍存在诸多漏洞,接地网指标不符合规程的情况时有发生,导致发生单相线路接地故障时站内安全隐患较大。笔者在对陕西省某已投运110 kV变电站接地网状态评估过程中发现该站接地阻抗和接触电压值均大于规程,存在隐患,故在进行站内勘察取样、站外实测土壤电阻率的基础上建立两种优化方案的模型,通过仿真的形式验证了接地网优化方案的可行性,可以应用于该站接地网的优化改造工程设计,最后对此类在运行变电站的接地网状态缺陷提出系统性优化改造流程,结果可以为类似接地网缺陷的改造、建设提供工程思路和经验,具有工程应用价值。Compared with extra high voltage and ultra high voltage substations,high-voltage substations are small in size.There are still many weak points in the design,construction and acceptance of the grounding grid in high-voltage substations.The situation is that the indexes of the grounding grid do not conform to the regulations often occurs,which leads to a potential safety hazard in the station when single-phase line grounding fault occurs.It is found that the grounding impedance,GPR,contact voltage and step voltage of a 110 kV Substation in Shaanxi Province are greater than the regulations,and there are hidden dangers.Therefore,based on the investigation and sampling in the station and the measured soil resistivity outside the station,two models of optimization schemes are established.The feasibility of the optimization scheme is verified by simulation.In order to optimize the design of the transformation project applied to the grounding grid of the station,a systematic optimization transformation process is put forward for the state defects of the grounding grid of high voltage substation.The results can provide engineering ideas and experience for the transformation and construction of similar grounding grid defects.
