摘  要:复合绝缘子被广泛应用于输电线路中,在长期高温、盐雾、鸟啄等工况下,会产生护套破损及表面污秽等缺陷,威胁电力系统正常运行。本研究基于FXBW4-35/70棒形悬式复合绝缘子,仿真分析了不同破损位置、长度、宽度、深度及表面存在污秽情况下的电场分布特征,结果表明:低压侧护套破损时场强畸变严重,达到2.11 kV/cm;随着高压侧护套破损长度及宽度增加,破损处最大场强畸变率分别为27%及84%;破损处场强随破损深度增大而升高,最严重时场强畸变率可达70%;湿污会进一步提升电场强度,其影响程度随电导率的增加而增加,0.5 S/m时破损处场强值高出正常值1.5倍,并通过实验验证了仿真结果的正确性。研究绝缘子护套破损及表面污秽情况下的电场分布特征对绝缘子绝缘状态诊断等具有重要意义。Composite insulators are widely used in power transmission lines.Under long-term high temperature,salt spray,bird pecking and other working conditions,defects such as sheath damage and surface contamination will threaten the normal operation of the power system.Based on the FXBW4-35/70 rod-shaped suspension composite insulator,the author simulates and analyzes the electric field distribution characteristics of different damaged locations,lengths,widths,depths and contamination on the surface.The results show that the electric field distortion is serious when the low-voltage side sheath is damaged and it can reach 2.11 kV/cm;as the damaged length and width of the high-voltage side sheath increase,the maximum electric field distortion rate at the damage site is 27%and 84%respectively;the field strength at the damage site increases with the increase of the damage depth,and the field strength distortion rate can reach 70%when the damage is the most serious;wet pollution will further increase the electric field strength,and its influence will increase with the increasing of conductivity.At 0.5 S/m,the field strength value at the damage is 1.5 times higher than the normal value.When the sheath is damaged and the surface has contamination,it is of great significance to study the electric field distribution characteristics of the insulator for the diagnosis of the insulation condition of the insulator.
