摘  要:穿墙套管是实现阀厅内外电气连接的关键设备,应用于柔直工程的穿墙套管存在交直流复合、高频谐波等特殊工况。笔者通过对SF_(6)气体绝缘穿墙套管在交直流复合、谐波、机械形变下的电场进行仿真分析,得到了柔直套管设计的相关结论。研究表明,交直流复合电场分布介于纯交流、纯直流工况之间。采用工频1 h、直流2 h试验场强校核套管的谐波耐受能力,可以满足工况要求且不过分放大设计裕度。套管形变使得导电杆、屏蔽最大场强值增大,交流、直流工况下场强增大比例接近。按照仿真优化结果,制造了样机,并顺利通过相关试验。HVDC wall bushing is the key equipment to realize the electrical connection inside and outside the valve hall.The wall bushing used in VSC-HVDC have special working conditions such as AC-DC composite and high-frequency harmonics.Based on the simulation analysis of the electric field of SF_(6)gas insulated pipe through the wall under AC/DC composite,harmonic and mechanical deformation,the relevant conclusions of the design of flexible straight pipe are obtained.The results show that the distribution of AC/DC complex electric field is between pure AC and pure DC conditions.The harmonic tolerance ability of casing is checked by 1h power frequency and 2 h DC test field strength,which can meet the requirements of working conditions and not enlarge the design margin too much.The casing deformation makes the maximum field strength of conductive rod and shield increase,and the increase proportion of field strength is close to that of AC and DC.
