摘　　要：导尿管相关尿路感染是烧伤患者常见医院感染之一,不仅延长患者住院时间、加重家庭和社会的经济负担,而且严重影响患者预后及生活质量,增加患者死亡风险。该文主要对烧伤患者导尿管相关尿路感染流行病学特点、影响因素及相关预防措施进行综述,以期引起临床医务人员的高度重视,为临床实践提供一定参考。Catheter-associated urinary tract infection(CAUTI)is one of the common nosocomial infections in burn patients.It not only extends the length of hospital stay of patients,increases the economic burden on family and society,but also seriously affects the prognosis and quality of life of patients,increases the risk of death of patients.In this paper,the epidemiological characteristics,influencing factors,and prevention measures of CAUTI in burn patients are reviewed to draw high attention of clinical medical staff and to provide some reference for clinical practice.
