摘　　要：病毒对人类健康造成严重危害,且病毒性疾病常伴随感染性和非感染性并发症,抗病毒药物常需要与其他药物联合使用。蛋白酶抑制剂作为一类重要的抗病毒药物被广泛使用,但药动学相对复杂。常用抗病毒蛋白酶抑制剂与多种临床药物联用存在潜在药物相互作用。本文综述了常用抗病毒蛋白酶抑制剂的潜在药物相互作用及机制,以期为临床安全、合理用药提供参考。Viruses cause serious harm to human health,and viral diseases are often accompanied by infectious and non-infectious complications.Antiviral drugs are often used together with other drugs.As an important type of antiviral drug with relatively complex pharmacokinetics,protease inhibitors have been widely used.There were potential drug interactions between commonly used antiviral protease inhibitors and many clinical drugs.This paper focused on the potential drug interactions and mechanism of commonly used antiviral protease inhibitors to provide a reference for safe and rational drug use.
