摘  要:铁死亡是一种铁依赖性非凋亡的细胞死亡形式。铁代谢紊乱、氧化系统失衡和不饱和脂肪酸脂质过氧化积累是铁死亡的主要特征。铁死亡涉及多种疾病的生理及病理过程。近年来,由于肝脏易发生氧化损伤且其是体内调节铁稳态的主要器官,铁死亡在急慢性肝病的研究领域中迅速受到关注。本文对铁死亡的分子调控机制及其在急慢性肝病中的研究进展进行综述,以期为靶向铁死亡治疗急慢性肝病提供新的思路及研究方向。Ferroptosis is an iron dependent and non-apoptotic form of cell death.Iron metabolism disorder,oxidation system imbalance and accumulation of unsaturated fatty acid lipid peroxidation are the main characteristics of ferroptosis.Ferroptosis is involved in the physiological and pathological processes of many diseases.In recent years,so as the liver is prone to oxidative damage and is the main organ regulating iron homeostasis in the body,ferroptosis has attracted rapid attention in treating acute and chronic liver diseases.This paper reviewed the molecular regulation mechanism of ferroptosis and its research progress in acute and chronic liver diseases aiming to providing new research directions for the treatment of acute and chronic liver diseases by targeting ferroptosis.
