摘　　要：恶性肿瘤是威胁人类生命健康主要因素之一。抗肿瘤药物的研发一直是热点和重点。天然产物历来是新药的重要来源,倍半萜内酯类化合物是一大类具有抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤等多种显著生物活性的天然化合物,特别是其抗肿瘤活性吸引了研究者的兴趣,对该类化合物的研究进展较快。本文对2015—2022年倍半萜内酯类化合物抗肿瘤活性及机制的研究进行了归纳总结,为探索倍半萜内酯类化合物抗肿瘤研究提供新的依据和思路。Malignant tumor is a main threat to human life and health.The research and development of antitumor drugs has always been a hotspots.Natural products are important sources of new drugs.Sesquiterpene lactones inlude many natural compounds with anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antitumor and other significant biological activities.Their anti-tumor activities have attracted the attention of researchers,and the research progress in these compounds is rapid.This paper summarized to the antitumor activities and mechanisms of sesquiterpene lactones from 2015 to 2022,provide new ideas for exploring anti-tumor studies of sesquiterpene lactones.
