摘  要:民族团结是我国各族人民的生命线,中华民族共同体意识是民族团结之本,当前“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”的民族工作之纲指明我党新时代民族工作的内涵。鉴于以往培育中华民族共同体意识的研究中,缺乏对实践经验的深刻认识,逐渐与新时代民族工作新要求相脱节,因而在此基础上,本文引入常人学研究方法,以民族干部为研究对象,深入解剖民族干部的日常活动,从行动的权宜性、场景性、索引性和反身性及可说明性出发,说明民族干部对铸牢中华民族共同体意识的启发作用,以此分析我党推进中华民族共同体意识培育的基本规律,并在“一般”和“特殊”的双向理解中,完善中华民族共同体意识的培育方式。Ethnic unity has been the lifeline of all ethnic people in China,and a sense of community for the Chinese nation has been the root of ethnic unity.At present,the guiding principle of ethnic work as forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation has illuminated the connotation of the CPC's ethnic work in the new era.Due to the lack of profound understanding of practical experience in the past studies on cultivating a sense of community for the Chinese nation,which is steadly out of line with the new requiremebnt of ethnic work in the new era,therefore,this study,pinpointing above-mentioned situation,introduces the methodology of researching ordinary people,take ethnic leaders as the research objects,anatomize deeply these ethnic leaders daily activities,explain their inspiring roles in forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation from such aspects as action suitability,scennarios,reference,and reflexivity,hereby analyze our Party's basic rules to promote the cultivation of a sense of community for the Chinese nation and improve the cultivation way of a sense of community for the Chinese nation in the bidirectional understanding of the regular and the particular.
