摘 要:分析了钢铁企业关于汽车衡无人称重方面的需求,研究了目前无人称重的工作方式和使用状况。针对目前系统存在的数据孤立、操作繁琐、故障多、识别能力低、方式单一等不足,设计一种基于多模式识别的无人称重系统。该系统通过引入读卡、电子标签、车号识别,使得车辆识别的精精度更高、适应性更强。应用结果表明,系统可操作性较好、准确性高,有效提高了称重效率,减少司磅员的工作量,促进了无人司磅的数字化发展。The requirements about the steel enterprise for unmanned weighing system of truck scale are ananlyzed in this paper.The operation mode and service condition of the unmanned weighing system are studied.There existed a lot of shortcomings,such as less stability,frequent failure,cumbersome operation,lower vehicle recognition capability and the single pattern and so on,the unmanned weighing system based on multiple modes is designed in this paper.To made the vehicle identification precision more higher and more adaptability,the new unmanned weighing model is presented which identification card,radio frequency identification,vehicle number recognition is introduced.The application results shows that the system had better operability and more accuracy,weighing efficiency have improved,the workload of weighman is reduced,the digitization of unmanned weighing is promoted.
