摘　　要：油膜直驱蒸汽压缩机智能电控系统是一套集自动化、计算机于一体的智能化高速风机驱动设备,能自动完成高速风机的自动化控制。该设备的开发研究以安全、高效、便捷为理念,增强用户体验,提升市场竞争力。采用PLC(可编程控制器)设计了一种油膜直驱蒸汽压缩机智能电控系统。整个设备的设计充分显示了PLC在自动控制方面的优势。该方案具有广泛的意义,可用于油膜直驱蒸汽压缩机控制系统中。The intelligent electronic control system of oil film direct drive steam compressor is a set of intelligent high-speed fan drive equipment integrating automation and computerization,which can automatically complete the automatic control of high-speed fan.The development and research of this equipment can be based on the concept of safety,efficiency and convenience to enhance user experience and enhance market competitiveness.PLC(programmable controller)is used to design an intelligent electronic control system for oil film direct drive steam compressor.The design of the whole equipment fully shows the advantages of PLC in automatic control.This scheme has a wide range of significance and can be used in the control system of oil film direct drive steam compressor.
