摘　　要：临床药师通过参与1例经导管主动脉瓣置换术(TAVR)术合并心房颤动伴肾功能不全患者术后抗栓治疗过程,综合考虑患者血栓及出血的危险因素,结合指南、专家共识及疾病相关研究进展,探讨TAVR术后抗栓治疗方案。抗栓药物治疗过程中,对患者进行用药监护,根据患者具体情况选择合适的治疗方案,保障患者用药安全。Clinical pharmacist participated in the treatment of anti-thrombotic therapy for a patient with transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TAVR)complicated with atrial fibrillation and renal insufficiency,and comprehensively considered the risk factors of thrombosis and bleeding in the patient,combined with the guidelines,expert consensus and disease-related research progress,to explore the anti-thrombotic treatment program after TAVR surgery.In the process of antithrombotic drug treatment,monitored the relevant indicators,selected appropriate treatment plans according to the specific condition of patients to ensure the medication safety.
