摘 要:肿瘤细胞与肿瘤微环境相互作用是产生多药耐药的重要原因之一。基质微环境(TME)的组分复杂,主要包括肿瘤成纤维细胞、脂肪细胞、免疫细胞等,这些成分均可促进肿瘤耐药性的获得。肿瘤相关成纤维细胞可以分泌多种因子,调节或反向调节肿瘤耐药;脂肪细胞分泌的细胞因子或高能代谢物,可促进肿瘤耐药;肿瘤相关巨噬细胞是TME中最重要的免疫细胞,其分型对肿瘤内免疫微环境密切相关,也可调节肿瘤耐药。因此,靶向TME中不同基质细胞群对降低肿瘤耐药性十分重要。本文详细地阐述了TME中不同组分促进肿瘤耐药的作用机制及靶向TME的研究现状,以期为肿瘤的治疗提供参考。The interaction between tumor cells and the tumor microenvironment(TME)is one of the important mechanisms for the development of drug resistance.TME has complex components,mainly including tumor fibroblasts,adipocytes,and immune cells,all of which can promote the acquisition of drug resistance.Tumor-associated fibroblasts can secrete a variety of factors that regulate or inversely regulate drug resistance;adipocytes secrete cytokines or high-energy metabolites that promote drug resistance;tumor-associated macrophages are the most important immune cells in the TME,and their classification is closely related to the immune microenvironment within the tumor,which can also regulate drug resistance.Therefore,targeting different stromal cell populations in TME is important to reduce drug resistance.In this paper,the mechanisms of action of different elements in TME to promote drug resistance and the research progress of targeting TME are summarized in detail,providing a reference for tumor treatment.
