摘  要:炎症是机体对于外界刺激的一种防御反应,由有害刺激和条件(如感染和组织损伤等)触发,在维持组织稳态及清除外界病原体中起关键作用。不受控制的炎症会导致多种慢性炎症疾病,包括炎症性肠病、糖尿病、骨关节炎和阿尔兹海默症等。五味子属于五味子属药用植物,在临床常用于非酒精性肝病、频繁咳嗽和心血管疾病的治疗。本文主要对五味子提取物及其活性成分通过作用于免疫细胞,减少促炎细胞因子分泌或作用于炎症相关信号通路,发挥抗炎作用的分子机制研究进行综述,为五味子临床治疗炎症性疾病和自身免疫病提供一定的理论基础。Inflammation is a defensive response triggered by harmful stimuli and conditions such as infection and tissue injury.It plays a key role in maintaining tissue homeostasis and eliminating external pathogens.Uncontrolled inflammation can lead to various chronic inflammatory diseases,including inflammatory bowel disease,diabetes,osteoarthritis and Alzheimer’s disease.Schisandra chinensis belongs to traditional Chinese herb of Schisandra chinensis,which is often used in treating non-alcoholic liver disease,frequent cough and cardiovascular disease.This paper mainly reviews the molecular mechanism of the anti-inflammatory effect of Schisandra chinensis extract and its active components by acting on immune cells,reducing the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines or acting on inflammatory-related signal pathways,to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of inflammatory diseases and autoimmune diseases.
